Does one need an iPod case at all?

Cape Town, 24 November 2008
Clouds always fascinated me! Don’t we all start dreaming when looking up into the sky watching the clouds… our thoughts transcending into immaterial spheres where spirit is free…? Where are we when we do this… […]

Maintenance-friendly YORGOO Blaster

Every program needs a minimum of maintenance and so does hosting. YORGOO Blaster is user-friendly in the sense that the automated feeds dont require your intervention.

Automate your Site

In order to blow life into your YORGOO Blaster you need Feeds, Mail Feeds and RSS or Atom Feeds. But before you obviously must define your target and determine the keywords you are heading for.

Once you have your keywords you can do more or less deep search for the best sources; as these are based on your personal needs, we limit ourselves here to just give a source as an Example:

LEGO Star Wars: Get your Xmas Gifts at Best Price on DubLi Auctions! Even FREE!
As DubLi just added its brand-new TOYS & GAMES Category to its Online Auctionhouse it makes a lot of sense to check it out with all the Xmas Gifts for small and big kids in mind that have to go under the Christmas tree… and budgets being tight! Save Money on your Gifts… get more for less. No better time than now when it just arrived and you have a chance to grab it in time.

Mail Feed

YORGOO Blaster allows you not just to feed mails but also to manage those feeds, authors and contextual or other advertising blocks using a Mail Feeder. Originally designed to combine Adsense (Google Ads) and Mail Feeds, it is a flexible tool to manage Mail Feeds and to combine all sorts of advertising methods.

Gravatars to enhance Attraction

- A Gravatar is comparable to an Avatar or a Favicon in as much as they all allow to personalize and to use images to attract the eye of the visitors.

RSS Syndication and Feed Source Management

One of the ways to load automated content is by using feeds and ‘convert’ your blog into a feed reader. The principle is simple: you add feed sources directly to your blog and publish the content, either as is or after filtering or editing it, epending on the contents and sources.

Search Engine Optimization Plugin

-
We use the All-in-One-SEO-Pack, as it is easy to set up and automates the on-site optimization big time.

From your Dashboard return to Plugins and activate All in One SEO Pack:

Plugins - YORGOO blaster comes with just a few plugins which need to be installed and configured. Plugins are scripts which are run to increase the performance of the site, to make admin life more comfortable or to add features to the site.

Configure the Blogroll -

The Blogroll is a list of links to other websites, specially blogs. I like to list there sites which deal with the same or similar topics as I do on my blog and whith whom I exchange a link. That means, I list sites which put the link to my blog also on to their blogrol.

Create Categories - The categories have two purposes: first they help us sort the content and second, their slug will be part of the URIs of each article; these slogs will also be translated into meta tags in the header of ech article. Therefore they help us reaching our targets on Google.
